About the Project

Zooliminology is a project created to explore the surreal aspects of liminal spaces and create hypothetical fauna that could live in them. This project is created explicitly to avoid horror tropes commonly found in liminal art and media nowadays and aims to use the more surreal, strange, and sometimes silly aspects that can be found in liminal spaces to have a different spin on the genre.
Zooliminology provides a gallery of artworks exploring different places in creatures in the Far Plane, a plane of existence found outside standard reality.
